Everyday you can enjoy a generous fruits de mer at Hotel de Zeevaartschool, featuring oysters, lobster, and prawns. The platter includes a selection of fresh shellfish and seafood, sourced directly from the sea you’re looking out over, and prepared simply to highlight their natural flavors.

Perfect for a relaxed evening, whether on the terrace in the fresh air or inside the restaurant with the sound of the waves in the background.

Served with artisanal Pain de Mer sourdough bread and three accompanying sauces: classic cocktail sauce, Thai curry sauce, and oyster vinaigrette “Nam-Kee”.
