Our reception is open 24/7.

Smoking is not permitted within our hotel or hotel rooms. There are designated smoking areas within and outside of the hotel. We kindly ask you to respect these rules. If you smoke inside the hotel, a fine of €250 will be charged.

Our standard cancellation policy allows for free cancellation up to 24 hours before your arrival date. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a one-night stay charge. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific details.

If you have booked a non-refundable rate, the reservation is charged immediately and thus rendered non-refundable or modifiable. You may cancel your booking, but not without incurring 100% of the penalty.

The Uniform Conditions for the Catering Industry (UVH) apply to all agreements entered into by us. In addition, the UVH are available for inspection at our premises and will be sent to you free of charge immediately upon request. The UVH are binding on everyone who uses our services.
